Rental rates:
- 0 – 4 hours = $25.00/hour
- 4+ hours = $150.00
- Charges will appear on the monthly statement

Conference Room Specifications
1125 Conference Room – Suite 120
- 30 person capacity
- 8 tables, 30 chairs, projection screen (no projector), telephone and wireless internet
1120 Conference Room – Suite 180
- 29 person capacity
- 11 tables, 29 chairs, projection screen (no projector), telephone and wireless internet
1105 Board Room – Suite 170
- 10 – 12 person capacity
- 1 conference table, 12 chairs, telephone with conferencing capabilities (770-569-8226) and wireless internet
- Kitchen with refrigerator and microwave
- Private bathroom
1105 Training Room – Suite 170
- 21 person capacity and 7 tables
- Projection screen (no projector), podium, dry-erase board and wireless internet
- All trash must be discarded in the waste baskets provided. Any item (food, papers, cups, etc.) left after a meeting will be discarded
- Items of value will be kept in the management office for pick up
- All furniture must be repositioned per the posted diagrams at the completion of the meeting
- An additional $75 fee will be applied if necessary
- Trash will be removed by janitorial crew
