If you are in the elevator and it stops, remember to remain calm.  Pressing the emergency button within the cab will alert the elevator maintenance company  that the elevator is malfunctioning.  The cab  number will be identified, and so too, the specific floor on which it is stuck.  Security will be dispatched to establish two-way communication with occupants in the elevators until the problem has been rectified.
